Recipe for Creamy Cheezy Corn.

1 350g pkg of white or peaches & cream corn
1 small onion, quartered
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp of apple juice concentrate.

Boil the onion and corn in the milk for about 10 minutes. Keep stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and apple juice. Puree. Freeze in ice cube trays. It's a good puree. Both the kiddos like it. Even I think it's pretty tasty. I like how it also introduces Sweetpea to a variety of flavors.
